Content
ELOO (Discarded Waste Location Record) is the online multi-user system of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Green Transition for registration and review of discarded waste. This fulfills the obligation from paragraph 129 of the Waste Management Act (Official Gazette 84/21). In this way, every citizen can contribute to the ecological preservation of the local community.

Data
Basic functionalities of the system:
- data collection in the field via mobile application (Android, iOS)
- additional data processing on the computer
- applications by citizens
- informing registered users and the public about waste management
- creation of predefined and customized reports
- the possibility of exchanging data with other systems via network services
- import of external network services (WMS, WMTS, TMS)
- drawing temporary elements (point, line, polygon) and comments on the map
- distance measurement
Target users
Citizens, municipal wardens, employees of competent administrative bodies in counties, cities and municipalities, as well as the State Inspectorate and other professional users (MZOZT, FZOEU, etc.)
